Directions to the Schooner Ardelle

From 128 North

After crossing the A. Piatt Andrew Bridge continue on 128 N to the Grant Circle Rotary 

At Grant Circle, take the 2nd exit and continue to Blackburn Circle

At Blackburn Circle, take the 2nd exit on to the Rte. 128 Extension 

Stay in the right lane and at the end of the extension, turn right on to Eastern Ave.

At the end of Eastern Ave, turn right at the stop sign on to East Main St.  

Continue on Rogers St. for about .3 miles

Turn left on to Harbor Loop

Maritime Gloucester is at the base of the Loop and the Ardelle is berthed at the pier behind the Museum. For public sails, please check-in and pick up your ticket at Maritime Gloucester's Visitor Center before heading to the boat for boarding. Public sail tickets include admission to the Museum Exhibits and Aquarium during Maritime Gloucester's normal business hours. 

Please note that Gloucester has a vibrant schedule of events and activities throughout the summer season, please plan your arrvial time accordingly.  If you come early, there is plenty to see and do at Maritime Gloucester. It is the responsiblity of our passengers to be present at boarding, the Ardelle leaves the dock at sail time and cannot return for any passengers who are not present.

Parking

There is limited free parking in the lot in front of Maritime Gloucester and metered parking along Harbor Loop. There are also two  metered municipal parking lots on Rogers St. within a block of the dock.
